Before you sign up.
Do I need a full detail first?
Yes. Plans keep a clean car clean, so we start from a full detail. If you've had one with us in the last 4 weeks, you can start right away.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Plans run in 3-month terms and are prepaid. To stop, just don't renew at the end of your term.
What if I need to miss a visit?
Let us know as early as you can, the same as with a regular booking, and we'll reschedule it within 10 days. Missed visits aren't refunded.
How do I pay?
Plans are prepaid at the start of each 3-month term, by card through Jobber, e-transfer or cash. There's nothing to pay at each visit.
What if the car is a lot dirtier one month?
Light extra work is part of the visit. Heavy stains or spills cost extra, and we'll tell you the price before we start.
Can I switch between monthly and every two weeks?
Yes. Just tell us and we'll change it from your next visit.
We have two cars. Can both be on a plan?
Yes. Each car goes on its own plan at the regular plan price.
What happens when it rains?
It's Vancouver, so we plan for it. We work around the rain where we can. If the weather means we can't finish that day, we rebook you for the next available date at no extra charge.
